Tea Trunk Single Origin

Tea Trunk is one of India’s first Tea Brands founded and run by a Tea Sommelier. They work with farmers to create unique blends using only the highest quality ingredients. Their teas ship to more than 15 countries.

Tea Trunk’s core product line is made up of Tea Blends such as Saffron Kahwa, Long Island, Chilli Chai etc… We created a beautiful packaging system for these with the brand’s lovable ambassador, Trunky, as the protagonist. See it here.

Single Origin Teas is a new product line, meant for tea connoisseurs who understand and appreciate the taste notes of tea grown in different regions and climates. These teas are sourced from a single estate (unlike regular teas, which are blends of teas from many estates) and produced in small quantities.

Our approach to the design of the packaging was inspired by the tea itself and by the labels used on tea boxes to indicate the origin and pedigree of the tea inside. Each tea box is numbered with large, beautiful numbers, made out of real tea leaves. This is then offset by a very serious and bare aesthetic that evokes the authenticity and quality of the product.
