- 3-5 years of experience in project management for design / technology projects - preferably the creation of digital products, UX systems and websites.
- Ability to identify, evaluate and hire competent professionals for different roles within the team.
- Entrepreneurial approach and ability to lead & manage a team remotely.
- Excellent persuasive skills and ability to articulate and explain design choices.
- High level of initiative, ownership and enthusiasm.
- Proficiency with tools like Figma, Notion, Adobe and Google Suites.
