Ability to introduce and sell professional design services to senior stakeholders.
Ability to identify project opportunities and build account relationships.
An appreciation and understanding of the dynamics of a Design Studio, of Studio-Client Relationships and decision-making process for design projects.
Ability to identify opportunities and methods to build thought-leadership in the design space through PR, Media Contributions, Networking etc.
A solid track record of bringing new business and relationships at CXO level.

First respondent to client enquiries and complete project pipeline management.
Setting up and conducting calls and meetings with clients in India and Internationally.
Scoping projects in consultation with clients and through independent research. Creating approach notes, mood boards, and proposals.
Building credibility with client and being a trusted advisor - we do not do "sales".
Closing the project - meetings, presentations, discussions, negotiations.
Converting incoming project leads and scouting for and proactively pursuing projects across Brand Strategy, Brand Design, Packaging Design, Space Design and Web/UX Design, across SMEs and Corporates.
Client on-boarding: Vendor-registration, NDAs, Engagement Contracts, Payments etc.
Client Relationship Management and regular check-ins to ensure health of the relationship.
